Terms of Service for ListBell

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ListBell mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by ListBell ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and/or Google credentials you use to access the Service.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

3. User Content

• You retain ownership of the lists and items you create.
• By sharing a list (via Invite Code), you grant the invited users permission to view or edit that list based on the assigned role ("Editor", "Reader").
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

4. Availability and Data

• While we strive for high availability, we guarantee no specific uptime. Lists are synchronized via Cloud Firestore, but network issues may cause delays.
• We are not liable for any data loss, though we use reliable cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud) to prevent it.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. You agree to the display of these advertisements within the app.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ListBell.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
